If the plastic ring burr holder on your standard Encore has cracked, the replacement is the Ring Burr Holder SP0101174. Baratza's product page names the Encore ZCG485 and ZCG484, the Virtuoso+ ZCG587 and some discontinued models, and states that the holder does not include a ring burr. For an Encore ESP, follow the separate ESP part links on that page. If you have an ESP Pro, confirm the correct part with Baratza for that exact model.
Check the model code and the part
Unplug the grinder, find the model or product code on its label or plate, and write it down exactly. Compare that code with the compatible-model line on the holder listing. If your code is not named there, stop and use Baratza's Encore support page. The name on the hopper does not settle the order because the standard Encore and the ESP models have separate part listings.

Do not glue a cracked holder, force a part that will not seat, bypass an interlock or apply a torque figure from a different machine.
